①Client consultation

②Quotation

Provide reasonable quotation according to client requirements, including manuscript type, word count, typesetting format, image processing method, text format, submission method, submission time, etc.

③Sign service agreement

Through meetings, phone calls, emails and other means, the parties shall have discussions on the content of the manuscript, client demand and service fee, and clarify the rights and obligations of the parties. Upon acceptance of the parties, the parties shall sign the "Translation Agreement" and "Non-Disclosure Agreement".

④Project analysis

From the date of signing the agreement, the project manager shall determine the translation style, establish key vocabulary, provide relevant reference documents, reasonably divide the work according to the type of manuscript, and determine the work arrangement and schedule.

⑤Translation

According to the project work schedule and time schedule, senior professional translator will be responsible for the translation, and the project manager will monitor the whole translation process. In order to provide the best solution for the project, our company carefully analyzes and identifies the skills and qualifications of translators, and arranges translators with appropriate educational background, technical experience and professional knowledge to translate documents.

⑥Proofreading

After the first draft is completed, the proofreader shall check the translation for grammatical errors, missing paragraphs, punctuation errors, data errors and terminology errors, and submit the revised translation and review opinions to the project manager.

⑦Review

After the project manager reviews the revised translation, it will be submitted to the reviewers for approval and polishing, and the final version will be reviewed and finalized by the project manager.

⑧Submit to client

Our company will send the final draft to the client by express, E-mail, fax and other means. After the client confirm, the client will sign the "acceptance confirmation letter of translation" and pay the translation fee.

⑨Follow

We will follow up the quality of clients' manuscripts and provide free after-sales service.
